At BPI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products to ensure your skin and hair get the care they deserve.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your BPI account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging, ensuring all security seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
